Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate procurement and vendor communications to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services
- Manage project documentation and track milestones to keep initiatives on schedule
- Analyze purchasing data and provide insights to improve cost effectiveness and process efficiency
- Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to align supply strategies with organizational needs
- Support contract administration and vendor compliance to protect organizational interests
- Prepare clear reports and presentations that inform decision-makers and drive action
Qualifications
- Experience in purchasing, supply chain, procurement, vendor management, or related non-clinical roles
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced contract environment and adapting to changing priorities
- Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
- Familiarity with purchasing systems or healthcare supply chain platforms preferred
- Certifications such as CPSM, CPP, or supply chain coursework are a plus
- Willingness to obtain or maintain any role-specific credentials required by the assignment
Education
- Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
- Associate degree with relevant experience will also be considered
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor relationship management
- Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common office productivity tools
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven problem solving
- Project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
- Customer-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills
