Roles & Responsibilities

• Coordinate procurement and vendor communications to ensure timely delivery of supplies and services
• Manage project documentation and track milestones to keep initiatives on schedule
• Analyze purchasing data and provide insights to improve cost effectiveness and process efficiency
• Collaborate with clinical and non-clinical stakeholders to align supply strategies with organizational needs
• Support contract administration and vendor compliance to protect organizational interests
• Prepare clear reports and presentations that inform decision-makers and drive action

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, supply chain, procurement, vendor management, or related non-clinical roles
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced contract environment and adapting to changing priorities
• Strong communication skills for collaborating with internal teams and external vendors
• Familiarity with purchasing systems or healthcare supply chain platforms preferred
• Certifications such as CPSM, CPP, or supply chain coursework are a plus
• Willingness to obtain or maintain any role-specific credentials required by the assignment

Education

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Supply Chain Management, Healthcare Administration, or related field preferred
• Associate degree with relevant experience will also be considered

Knowledge & Skills

• Knowledge of procurement processes and vendor relationship management
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel and common office productivity tools
• Analytical mindset with attention to detail and data-driven problem solving
• Project coordination skills and ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously
• Customer-focused approach and strong interpersonal skills
