Roles & Responsibilities
- Coordinate and support day-to-day non-clinical operations to keep the department running smoothly
- Collaborate with clinical and administrative teams to streamline workflows and improve patient experience
- Maintain accurate records and documentation with attention to detail and confidentiality
- Communicate clearly and professionally with staff, vendors, and patients to ensure seamless service
- Identify process improvements and assist in implementing practical solutions
- Support compliance with hospital policies, safety standards, and regulatory requirements
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; Associate's or Bachelor's degree preferred
- Previous experience in a hospital or healthcare setting is preferred but not required
- Strong customer service and communication skills with a professional demeanor
- Comfortable using electronic health record systems and standard office software
- Ability to pass background checks and hospital credentialing processes
- Willingness to work onsite for the duration of the 3-month contract
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required
- Associate's or Bachelor's degree in related field preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Excellent organizational and time-management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and basic database use
- Familiarity with hospital policies, patient privacy, and documentation best practices
- Problem-solving mindset with the ability to prioritize competing tasks
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to work well in multidisciplinary teams
- Attention to detail and commitment to high-quality work
