Roles & Responsibilities
- Support daily non-clinical operations to keep the department running smoothly
- Maintain and organize supplies and equipment with attention to detail
- Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless handoffs
- Perform routine facility or equipment checks and report issues proactively
- Document activities accurately so the team has reliable information
- Pitch in across teams as needed and contribute to a positive workplace culture
Qualifications
- High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certificate is a plus
- Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or similar support role preferred
- Comfortable following protocols and working collaboratively with clinical staff
- Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
- Ability to pass site-required background checks and screenings
- Willingness to travel and adapt to a short-term contract assignment
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Practical knowledge of inventory and supply procedures
- Good organizational skills and attention to detail
- Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication
- Ability to follow safety and facility protocols reliably
- Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
- Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
