Roles & Responsibilities

• Support daily non-clinical operations to keep the department running smoothly
• Maintain and organize supplies and equipment with attention to detail
• Coordinate with clinical and administrative staff to ensure seamless handoffs
• Perform routine facility or equipment checks and report issues proactively
• Document activities accurately so the team has reliable information
• Pitch in across teams as needed and contribute to a positive workplace culture

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required; vocational or technical certificate is a plus
• Prior experience in a hospital, clinic, or similar support role preferred
• Comfortable following protocols and working collaboratively with clinical staff
• Strong communication skills and a service-oriented attitude
• Ability to pass site-required background checks and screenings
• Willingness to travel and adapt to a short-term contract assignment

Education

• High school diploma or equivalent required; technical/vocational training preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Practical knowledge of inventory and supply procedures
• Good organizational skills and attention to detail
• Basic computer literacy for documentation and communication
• Ability to follow safety and facility protocols reliably
• Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills
• Time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy environment
