Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Day shift, 5 x 7.5-hour shifts). Hybrid schedule: 3 on-site days, 2 remote days (schedule non-negotiable)

Candidate Pay Rate: $72 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Conduct comprehensive psychological assessments for K-12 students to inform instruction and interventions
- Develop, implement, and monitor individualized education plans (IEPs) and behavioral supports
- Collaborate with teachers, parents, and multidisciplinary teams to create student-centered plans
- Provide short-term counseling and crisis support to students when needed
- Use data to recommend evidence-based interventions and track student progress
- Consult with school staff to build capacity for classroom-based strategies and positive behavior supports
- Maintain confidential, timely documentation and clear communication with families and team members
Qualifications
- Must be certified or eligible for professional certification as a School Psychologist in South Carolina (SC certification eligible)
- Minimum 2+ years of school psychology experience (K-12 preferred)
- Comfortable working primarily face-to-face; open to hybrid schedule (3 days on-site, 2 days remote)
- Experience conducting assessments, writing IEPs, and collaborating with school teams
- Ability to work Monday–Friday day shifts (7:00 AM - 2:30 PM) — schedule is non-negotiable
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficiency in psychoeducational assessment and interpretation
- Strong knowledge of special education law and IEP processes
- Skilled in behavior intervention planning and progress monitoring
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills for working with students, families, and staff
- Data-driven decision making and progress reporting
- Confidential recordkeeping and professional ethics in school settings
