Shift Type: 3x12-hour day shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM (three days/week). Schedule includes every-other-weekend coverage and required on-call/call coverage; daytime shift

Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform and assist with interventional radiology procedures, ensuring patient safety and procedure efficiency
- Operate and maintain imaging equipment while following radiation safety protocols
- Prepare patients for procedures, including positioning, explanation, and monitoring
- Document procedures and patient care accurately in Epic to support continuity and quality of care
- Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and interdisciplinary teams to deliver excellent patient outcomes
- Respond to on-call situations and provide timely, calm clinical care when needed
- Adhere to sterile technique and department policies while supporting a positive patient experience
Qualifications
- ARRT registration required
- Minimum 2 years of Interventional Radiology experience
- Proficiency with Epic charting systems
- Weekend availability (every-other-weekend) and willingness to participate in on-call/call coverage
- Ability to float within scope to meet facility needs
- First-time travel clinicians welcome; travelers must meet facility return/contract rules
- Active state Radiologic Technologist licensure (pending licenses are not accepted)
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong knowledge of interventional radiology procedures and sterile technique
- Comfort operating fluoroscopy and other imaging equipment
- Understanding of radiation safety and patient monitoring
- Excellent patient communication and education skills
- Accurate and timely documentation in Epic
- Team-oriented mindset and ability to collaborate across disciplines
- Ability to manage procedural workflow in a high-acuity, teaching hospital environment
