Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate, hands-on patient care as a Certified Nursing Assistant
• Assist patients with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, feeding) to preserve dignity
• Monitor and report changes in patient condition to the nursing team promptly
• Accurately document care, observations, and communications in the patient record
• Collaborate with nurses and therapists to support individualized care plans
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection prevention practices
• Offer emotional support and positive encouragement to patients and families

Qualifications

• Current Certified Nursing Assistant (CNA) credential (required)
• Travel CNA / T-CNA experience preferred
• Ability to work 12+ hour day shifts and maintain focus during long shifts
• Eligible to work at the facility and complete required onboarding and credential verification

Education

• CNA certification required; high school diploma or GED preferred

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong fundamentals in patient care and activities of daily living (ADLs)
• Comfortable taking and recording vital signs accurately
• Good communication skills for teamwork and patient interactions
• Basic infection control and safety practices
• Reliable time management and the ability to prioritize tasks in a busy setting
