Shift Type: Days to be confirmed, 6:00 AM - 2:30 PM (Day shift)
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $22 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate personal care and assistance with activities of daily living (bathing, dressing, grooming)
- Take and record vital signs and basic patient observations accurately
- Assist with patient mobility and safe transfers, using proper body mechanics
- Support nursing staff with routine tasks and timely documentation
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices
- Communicate changes in patient condition and collaborate with the care team
- Promote dignity and emotional support for patients and their families
Qualifications
- Current CNA certification (required) in the state of practice
- Completion of an approved CNA training program
- Comfortable working on an early day shift schedule
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Previous experience in long-term care, skilled nursing, or similar settings is a plus
Education
- High school diploma or GED preferred
- Completion of state-approved CNA training program and active certification
Knowledge & Skills
- Knowledge of activities of daily living (ADLs) and basic patient care
- Familiarity with infection control and safety procedures
- Basic charting and documentation skills, attention to detail
- Ability to work as part of a multidisciplinary team
- Empathy, patience, and strong customer service mindset
