Shift Type: Rotating nights (7:00 PM - 7:00 AM): 2-week rotation - Week 1: Sunday, Tuesday, Wednesday; Week 2: Monday, Tuesday, Saturday (Night)

Candidate Pay Rate: $23 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate direct care to residents, assisting with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, grooming, and toileting
- Monitor resident condition and report changes promptly to nursing staff to support timely interventions
- Take and record vital signs accurately, ensuring clear documentation for the care team
- Assist with safe transfers and mobility, using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Maintain a clean, safe environment and follow infection control practices to protect residents and staff
- Communicate respectfully with residents and families, fostering dignity and trust in every interaction
Qualifications
- Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential - valid in New Hampshire or Vermont
- Completion of a state-approved nursing assistant program
- Current basic life support certification (BLS/CPR) preferred or ability to obtain upon hire
- Ability to pass background check and required health screenings and immunizations
- Strong communication skills, reliability, and a team-first attitude
- Prior experience in long term care or similar settings is a plus but caring attitude and competence matter most
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent
- Completion of state-approved nursing assistant program
Knowledge & Skills
- Skilled in assistance with ADLs and resident mobility
- Knowledge of basic vital sign collection and documentation
- Familiarity with infection control and safety protocols
- Good time management and ability to prioritize resident needs on busy shifts
- Clear verbal and written communication with interdisciplinary teams
