Candidate Pay Rate: $21 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate, hands-on personal care to residents, preserving dignity and comfort
- Assist with activities of daily living including bathing, dressing, toileting, and mobility support
- Monitor and record vital signs and daily observations, communicating changes to the nursing team
- Support safe transfers and ambulation using proper body mechanics and assistive devices
- Help create a warm, home-like environment by engaging residents in conversation and activities
- Accurately document care provided and follow facility policies and infection control procedures
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) credential required
- Local candidates only — must be able to reliably commute to Lebanon, NH
- Availability to work scheduled days: Tuesday and Thursday (7:00 AM - 11:00 PM) and Saturday (7:00 AM - 3:00 PM)
- Comfort with two 30-minute meal breaks on the longer shifts as required by facility policy
- Clean background check and up-to-date immunizations per facility requirements
- Previous experience in long-term care or similar settings preferred but enthusiastic, compassionate new LNAs are welcome
Education
- High school diploma or equivalent; current LNA certification required
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable providing direct resident care and assisting with ADLs
- Strong communication and teamwork skills with nursing staff and families
- Basic clinical skills such as taking vitals and recognizing notable changes
- Documentation accuracy and attention to detail
- Ability to follow care plans and facility protocols
- Compassionate bedside manner and patience with older adults
