Travel LPN
Location: Gallup, New Mexico
Start Date: 07-13-2026
End Date: 09-05-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Three 12-hour shifts per week, 7:00 AM - 7:15 PM, with a 30-minute meal break
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $39 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate and skilled nursing care to residents in a long-term care setting
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor patient health and report changes to the healthcare team
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to develop individualized care plans
- Educate patients and families on health management and wellness
Qualifications
- Current and valid LPN license in New Mexico (or compact state)
- CPR certification (BLS) required
- Minimum of 1 year of LPN experience in long-term care preferred
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and patient populations
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in medication administration, wound care, and patient assessment
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced team environment
- Strong organizational and time management abilities
