Location: Salina, Kansas
Start Date: 07-27-2026
Contract Type: Perm
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM
Hours per Week: 60
Bill Rate: $28.00+ per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Independently perform respiratory care procedures, interpreting physician orders and assessing patient needs
- Deliver prescribed therapy and evaluate patient response, including invasive procedures in critical care areas
- Collaborate with the clinical team as a consultant to optimize respiratory care across all hospital units
- Respond promptly to changes in workload and adjust assignments to ensure optimal productivity and patient care
Qualifications
- Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program required
- Current Kansas license or eligibility for Kansas license required
- Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT) credential from NBRC required
- 1 year of respiratory care experience preferred, but new grads are welcome to apply
Education
- Associate degree in Respiratory Care from an accredited program
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in respiratory therapy and critical care
- Strong patient assessment and clinical reasoning skills
- Proficiency in invasive respiratory procedures
