Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM
Hours per Week: 35
Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide exceptional physical therapy services to patients in a skilled nursing setting
- Develop and implement individualized treatment plans to restore function and mobility
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care
- Document patient progress accurately and adjust therapies as needed
- Educate patients and families on exercises and home care techniques
- Uphold the highest standards of clinical excellence and patient safety
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in New Jersey
- Graduate of an accredited Physical Therapy program
- Minimum 1 year of recent experience in a similar setting
- BLS certification required
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to adapt quickly to new environments and teams
Knowledge & Skills
- Expertise in orthopedic and geriatric rehabilitation
- Proficiency with electronic medical records
- Knowledge of evidence-based treatment techniques
- Excellent problem-solving and critical thinking abilities
- Compassionate patient-centered approach
