Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide direct patient care under the supervision of registered nurses and physicians
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
- Monitor and record vital signs, reporting changes to the healthcare team
- Assist with activities of daily living and promote patient comfort
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary team to ensure quality care
Qualifications
- Current Licensed Practical Nurse (LPN) license in North Carolina
- CPR certification (BLS for Healthcare Providers)
- Previous LPN experience preferred but new grads welcome
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Education
- Graduate of an accredited practical nursing program
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in medication administration and clinical procedures
- Knowledge of infection control and safety protocols
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Compassionate and patient-centered approach
