Echocardiography Technologist
Location: Mattoon, IL
Start Date: 07-20-2026
Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: 8-hour day shifts, weekends and on-call as needed
Hours per Week: 40

Roles & Responsibilities
- Perform high-quality echocardiogram exams including transthoracic stress and transesophageal assessments
- Ensure accurate imaging and patient safety throughout procedures
- Collaborate with physicians and healthcare team to deliver optimal patient care
- Maintain equipment and document findings appropriately
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience in echocardiography
- Current BLS (AHA) certification
- ARDMS certification in echocardiography
- Willingness to complete skills checklist and provide references
- Must not reside within a 50-mile radius of Mattoon, IL
Knowledge & Skills
- Proficient in transthoracic and transesophageal echocardiography
- Strong attention to detail and patient interaction skills
- Ability to work independently in a fast-paced environment
