Roles & Responsibilities

Partner with leaders to deliver effective HR programs and solutions that support the business
Manage recruitment activities including job postings, candidate screening, and onboarding
Support employee relations and performance management with empathy and clear communication
Coordinate benefits administration and assist employees with enrollment questions
Ensure HR processes comply with applicable employment laws and company policies
Analyze HR metrics and reporting to inform decisions and continuous improvements
Contribute to HR projects and process improvements to enhance the employee experience

Qualifications

Experience working in corporate HR functions such as recruitment, onboarding, benefits, or employee relations
Comfortable using HRIS platforms and common office software
Strong written and verbal communication skills with a collaborative mindset
Ability to manage confidential information with discretion and professionalism
SHRM-CP, PHR, or related HR certification preferred but not required
Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, or related field preferred or equivalent experience

Knowledge & Skills

Familiarity with HRIS systems (e.g., Workday, ADP, or similar)
Knowledge of employment law basics and HR compliance
Recruiting and onboarding best practices
Benefits administration and vendor coordination
Strong interpersonal and stakeholder-management skills
Comfortable with data reporting, metrics, and process documentation
