Location: Canon City, CO

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide one-on-one, 45-minute outpatient physical therapy sessions focused on orthopedics
Perform comprehensive evaluations and develop individualized treatment plans
Manage a diverse caseload including complex and non-surgical cases in a small community outpatient rehab setting
Collaborate with a supportive team including PTAs and rehab aides
Deliver high-quality care in a warm, patient-centered environment

Qualifications

Active Colorado Physical Therapist license or compact privilege
Current BLS certification from the American Heart Association
Experience in outpatient orthopedics with strong evaluation and treatment skills
Ability to independently manage a varied caseload in a fast-paced setting

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic outpatient therapy techniques
Strong clinical reasoning and patient education abilities
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
Familiarity with 1:1 treatment models and productivity expectations
