Location: Pendleton, Oregon

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM, block scheduling, every other weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $73 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive care in Labor & Delivery, Postpartum, and Newborn Nursery
Titrate drips including Pitocin, insulin, and Magnesium Sulfate
Perform fetal monitoring and interpret central monitoring strips
Collaborate with a small team to manage fluctuating patient volumes
Adapt quickly to changing assignments and provide back-up support
Float to other units as needed to lend a helping hand

Qualifications

Active Oregon RN license or ability to obtain 90-day emergency license
Current BLS and NRP certifications
Experience in L&D, Postpartum, and routine/intermediate nursery care
Ability to work independently in all areas of care

Knowledge & Skills

L&D, Postpartum, and Nursery nursing skills
Titrating drips experience
Fetal monitoring and central monitoring proficiency
Strong assessment and critical thinking
Team collaboration and flexibility
