Location: Garden City, Kansas

Start Date: 07-13-2026

End Date: 10-12-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:00 PM, plus on-call 24/7 including weekends and holidays

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $102 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Oversee both the Cath Lab and ICU departments as a Nurse Manager
Provide pre-procedure and recovery care, bedside procedure support, and moderate sedation
Enhance nursing competency and build a positive culture
Lead a team of RNs and techs to deliver high-quality patient care
Manage staffing, scheduling, and clinical operations
Ensure compliance with all required certifications and protocols

Qualifications

1 year of management experience required
3 years of RN experience required
1 year of clinical leadership experience required
Must hold active RN license in Kansas
Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, RCIS, NIHSS, TNCC, CRRT competency
Ability to titrate drips and manage critical care patients

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in ACLS, critical care, and telemetry
Fluoro license for technical staff a plus
Strong leadership and communication skills
Experience in building nursing competency and culture
Knowledge of vasoactive drugs and common titratable drips
