Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to a diverse patient population in PCU/IMC settings
• Monitor and manage cardiac drips, insulin, and heparin infusions
• Float across multiple facilities within Zone 1, adapting to different units and teams
• Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure optimal patient outcomes
• Titrate drips as needed and respond to changing patient conditions
• Document care accurately in Epic (preferred experience)

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Colorado or compact state
• Minimum 2 years of recent PCU/IMC experience
• BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
• Comfortable titrating cardiac drips, insulin, and ativan
• Experience with Epic is preferred
• Must be willing to float within a 60-mile zone

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong understanding of cardiac, neuro, and medical-surgical conditions
• Proficiency in managing multiple drips and titrating medications
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Ability to adapt quickly to new units and patient populations
• Knowledge of PCU/IMC nursing standards and best practices
