Location: Redwood City, CA

End Date: 09-16-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Varied 8-hour shifts between 8:30 AM and 7:00 PM, Monday-Friday with weekend rotation and a weekday off when working weekend

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate and treat a diverse patient population across acute care, ICU, med-surg, oncology, and cardiology units
Develop and implement individualized treatment plans for patients with orthopedic conditions, total joints, and ventilated patients
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes
Document patient progress accurately using Cerner EMR

Qualifications

Must have a valid California Physical Therapy license
Current BLS certification required
Minimum 2 years of acute care experience
Experience with orthopedics, total joints, ICU, and ventilated patients

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical skills in acute care, orthopedics, and ICU
Proficiency in Cerner EMR
Ability to work independently and hit the ground running
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
