Shift Type: Monday-Sunday, 7:00 AM - 3:00 PM (specific date: June 21, 2026; per diem shifts available)

Candidate Pay Rate: $18 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate daily care to elderly residents in a rehab setting
Assist with activities of daily living like bathing, dressing, and eating
Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
Support mobility and exercises as directed by therapists
Ensure a safe and clean environment for patients
Document care provided accurately and timely

Qualifications

Active GNA (Geriatric Nursing Assistant) certification in Maryland
BLS/CPR certification preferred
Compassionate and patient-centered attitude
Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Education

High school diploma or equivalent
Completion of a state-approved GNA training program

Knowledge & Skills

Knowledge of geriatric care principles
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to assist with transfers and mobility equipment
Basic understanding of infection control practices
