Contract Type: Per-Diem

Shift Type: Night shift, 6:45 PM - 7:15 AM (30-minute meal break included)

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $43 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate, patient-centered care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed, ensuring safety and accuracy
Monitor patient conditions, document changes, and communicate with the healthcare team
Collaborate with nurses, aides, and providers to deliver quality care
Maintain a clean, safe, and healing environment for patients

Qualifications

Active RN or LPN license in the state of Maine
Current BLS certification (American Heart Association)
Must have completed COVID-19 vaccine series or have an approved exemption
Ability to bring state/federal ID and wear a photo badge at all times
Comfortable working night shifts and adapting to changing schedules

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficient in medication administration and IV therapy (if applicable)
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Experience with electronic health records preferred
Ability to prioritize and manage multiple patients efficiently
