Shift Type: Per Diem, 3:00 PM - 11:30 PM (as needed)

Candidate Pay Rate: $33 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide high-quality nursing care to residents and patients
Administer medications and treatments as prescribed
Monitor patient conditions and report changes to the healthcare team
Maintain accurate patient records and documentation
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure the best outcomes
Educate patients and families on health management

Qualifications

Current LPN or RN license in Pennsylvania
CPR certification required
Previous long-term care experience preferred but not required
Must be able to work flexible hours including evenings and weekends

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical assessment and critical thinking skills
Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
Proficient in electronic health records (EHR)
Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
