Location: Bismarck, ND

Start Date: 07-06-2026

End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:00 AM - 6:30 PM or 6:00 PM - 6:30 AM, rotating every third weekend

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide respiratory care to patients from neonatal to geriatric across all areas of the facility
Manage ventilators including PB 840, PB 980, Hamilton C1, MR1, and V-60 Respironics
Set up and monitor high-flow oxygen therapy using Airvo devices
Work independently while collaborating closely with physicians and nursing staff
Make clinical judgments and adapt to changing patient needs in a Level II trauma center
Cover NICU, ICU, surgical, medical, and cardiac units

Qualifications

Must have NICU experience
Current BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications
RRT or CRT credential
North Dakota state license or ability to obtain

Knowledge & Skills

Strong clinical judgment and ability to work independently
Experience with neonatal, pediatric, and adult respiratory care
Proficient with ventilator management and CPAP/BiPAP
Excellent communication and teamwork skills
