Roles & Responsibilities

• Plan, direct, organize, monitor, and staff the Case Management Department
• Ensure compliance with regulatory agencies, DNV, and hospital executive team directives
• Oversee case management, discharge planning, and utilization review activities
• Provide leadership, direction, and guidance to management, medical staff, and clinical staff
• Coordinate and oversee organization-wide departmental services and drive continuous performance improvement
• Manage departmental resources responsibly and demonstrate clinical/technical competency

Qualifications

• Must have a Bachelor of Science in Nursing (BSN) and an active Montana RN license
• At least 3 years of leadership experience in a high-volume case management program in a hospital or clinic setting
• Master's degree in Nursing, MBA, or related field preferred
