Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 7:00 AM - 7:00 PM or 7:00 PM - 7:00 AM

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $61 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive nursing care to patients in the ED/MedSurg swing unit
Assess, plan, implement, and evaluate patient care plans
Titrate drips and monitor patient responses
Read telemetry strips and respond to cardiac changes
Float to ED holds and assist with charge nurse duties as needed
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes

Qualifications

Active RN license in North Dakota or compact state
BLS and ACLS certifications required
Minimum one year of MedSurg experience
Ability to titrate drips and manage acute patients

Knowledge & Skills

Strong assessment and critical thinking skills
Proficient in telemetry monitoring and strip interpretation
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Comfortable working in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
