Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 4:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments for outpatient orthopedic and neurological patients
Develop individualized treatment plans to restore function and improve quality of life
Collaborate with a dedicated team of PTAs and other healthcare professionals
Utilize Cerner EMR for accurate and efficient documentation
Educate patients and families on home exercise programs and injury prevention strategies

Qualifications

Active California Physical Therapist license required
BLS certification from American Heart Association required
Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Ability to provide 2 supervisor references (1 within 12 months, 1 within 3 years)

Knowledge & Skills

Orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation including total joint, vestibular, and balance disorders
Patient education and communication skills
Interdisciplinary collaboration and teamwork
Time management and caseload organization
