Candidate Pay Rate: $53 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Evaluate patient conditions and develop personalized treatment plans
Implement therapeutic exercises and manual therapy techniques
Monitor patient progress and adjust treatments as needed
Educate patients and families on at-home care and prevention
Collaborate with interdisciplinary healthcare teams for optimal outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation in compliance with regulations

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapist license in Ohio (or eligibility to obtain)
Graduate from an accredited Physical Therapy program
CPR certification (BLS) required
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in orthopedic, neurological, or general rehabilitation
Proficient in electronic medical records (EMR) systems
Knowledge of evidence-based practice and therapeutic modalities
Excellent problem-solving and critical-thinking abilities
