Candidate Pay Rate: $48 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Single-scrub complex cardiac procedures with precision and care
Step in to support ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn cases when cardiac volume is low
Prepare operating rooms and ensure all instruments and supplies are ready for every procedure
Collaborate closely with surgeons and nurses to deliver safe, efficient patient care

Qualifications

Current Surgical Tech certification or license
Experience scrubbing cardiac cases independently
Ability to scrub a wide range of specialties including ortho, neuro, vascular, robotics, urology, general, and gyn
Strong attention to detail and commitment to patient safety

Knowledge & Skills

Expert single-scrub technique for cardiac procedures
Versatility across multiple surgical specialties
Quick adaptation when case volume shifts
Clear communication with the surgical team
