Location: Silverdale, Washington

Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, every other weekend (Days: Saturday-Sunday; Nights: Friday-Saturday), holidays rotate with permanent staff
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $77 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide expert care to mothers and babies in our vibrant Birthing Center
- Independently attend deliveries and circulate during C-sections with confidence
- Assist with catching and transitioning newborns while ensuring their safety
- Titrate critical drips including Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin
- Support high-risk patients including those with preeclampsia, diabetes, and psychosocial needs
- Collaborate with our 24/7 in-house OB team and anesthesia providers
- Float within the LDRP unit to support postpartum and mother-baby care
- Read fetal monitoring strips and respond to patient needs with compassion
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Washington or compact license
- BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
- Intermediate or advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred
- Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience; 1 year considered with multiple prior travel assignments
- Comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating C-sections
- No first-time travelers
