Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized one-on-one physical therapy treatments that help patients regain strength and mobility
- Conduct thorough evaluations and create customized treatment plans for each patient
- Manage a diverse caseload of mostly orthopedic cases in a welcoming community setting
- Collaborate with rehab aides and PTAs while maintaining your own 1:1 patient schedule
- Make a real difference in patients' lives as they work toward recovery and independence
Qualifications
- Active Colorado PT License or Compact License
- BLS certification from AHA
- Strong clinical skills in outpatient rehabilitation
- Comfortable managing your own patient schedule and documentation
Knowledge & Skills
- Physical Therapy evaluation and treatment planning
- Outpatient rehabilitation techniques
- Orthopedic patient care
- Building rapport with patients in a small community setting
