Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 5:30 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Help patients regain independence through meaningful daily activities
Create personalized treatment plans that make a real difference
Collaborate with PT and Speech teams for comprehensive rehab care
Document progress and adjust interventions to maximize outcomes
Educate patients and families on adaptive techniques and home programs

Qualifications

Current California Occupational Therapy license
BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of experience in the specialty
At least 1 year of acute care hospital experience
Open to first-time travelers

Knowledge & Skills

Cerner EMR proficiency
Strong assessment and treatment planning skills
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities
Patient-centered approach to rehabilitation
