Shift Type: Wednesday-Sunday, 6:00 PM - 6:00 AM
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $75 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to laboring mothers and newborns in a rural LDRP setting
- Triage patients and serve as the primary baby catcher and transition nurse
- Titrate Pitocin drips safely while monitoring fetal well-being
- Collaborate with on-call providers to ensure safe deliveries and positive outcomes
- Support postpartum recovery and newborn care with evidence-based practices
Qualifications
- Active Colorado RN license or compact license
- BLS, ALS, NRP, and AWHONN EFM certifications required
- Minimum 1 year of Labor & Delivery experience with LDRP training
- Comfortable functioning independently in a small, rural hospital environment
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong LDRP and triage experience
- Pitocin titration proficiency
- Ability to serve as both labor nurse and baby catcher
- Excellent communication and critical thinking skills
