Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver exceptional physical therapy care to diverse patient populations across inpatient and outpatient settings
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to create personalized treatment plans
- Evaluate and treat patients with conditions ranging from orthopedic injuries to neurological disorders
- Support patients through rehabilitation journeys including spinal cord injuries, strokes, and post-surgical recovery
- Document patient progress using Cerner EMR system
- Participate in weekend and holiday rotations alongside permanent staff
Qualifications
- Active Physical Therapist license in California
- Minimum 2 years of clinical experience
- Current BLS certification
- Experience with Cerner EMR preferred
Knowledge & Skills
- Strong assessment and treatment planning abilities
- Excellent communication and patient education skills
- Ability to work effectively in both inpatient and outpatient environments
- Comfortable treating a wide range of diagnoses including ortho, neuro, and post-surgical patients
