Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to a diverse patient population
Treat approximately 12 patients per day with a focus on orthopedic conditions
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide flexible support in acute inpatient settings when needed
Develop individualized treatment plans that help patients return to the activities they love

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is a plus but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small-town setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload of 12 patients daily
Flexibility to assist in acute care when the team needs support
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Comfort working independently in a community-focused clinic
