Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to 9-10 patients daily across acute care and NICU settings
- Conduct modified barium swallow studies to assess swallowing function
- Develop individualized treatment plans for adult inpatients and premature infants
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Deliver compassionate care tailored to each patient's unique needs
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
- Experience performing modified barium swallow studies required
- Comfort working with both adult acute care patients and NICU infants
- Strong clinical assessment and documentation skills
