Location: Caldwell, Texas

Contract Type: Contract
Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM
Hours per Week: 40
Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver meaningful physical therapy care across both inpatient and outpatient settings
- Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, fractures, neuro conditions, wounds, and general debility
- Collaborate with an experienced team of PTAs and techs to optimize patient outcomes
- Provide hands-on wound care and support recovery for patients with varied needs
- Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
- Build lasting relationships with patients while helping them regain strength and independence
Qualifications
- Current Texas state and national PT license required
- BLS certification
- IP/OP experience strongly preferred
- Wound care experience is a plus but not required
- Open to both new graduates and seasoned clinicians
Knowledge & Skills
- Comfortable treating a mix of inpatient and outpatient diagnoses
- Skilled in wound care, ortho, neuro, and general rehabilitation
- Strong communication and teamwork abilities
- Flexible and reliable with a patient-first mindset
