Contract Type: Travel Contract
Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts, 6:30 AM - 6:30 PM and 6:30 PM - 6:30 AM, every other weekend
Hours per Week: 36
Candidate Pay Rate: $64 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adult patients with cardiac, vascular, and respiratory conditions
- Titrate critical drips including Heparin, Nitro, Dopamine, Cardizem, Amiodarone, and insulin
- Monitor and interpret telemetry strips while managing arterial lines
- Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to deliver exceptional patient experiences
- Float to MedSurg or ICU as needed while maintaining PCU-level care standards
- Support patients and families through education about medications and treatment plans
Qualifications
- Active RN license with BLS, ACLS, and NIHSS certifications required
- Competency in arterial line management and drip titration
- Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively
- Flexibility to adapt to feedback and learn new skills quickly
- Willingness to serve diverse patient populations including Hispanic and Somalian communities
Knowledge & Skills
- Telemetry monitoring and strip interpretation
- Drip titration for cardiac and critical care medications
- Arterial line management
- High-flow oxygen equipment troubleshooting
- Patient experience focus and clear communication
