Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide expert care to mothers and babies throughout labor, delivery, recovery, and postpartum
• Independently attend deliveries and circulate during C-sections with confidence
• Assist with catching babies and transitioning newborns to ensure safe, smooth deliveries
• Titrate critical drips including Magnesium, Pitocin, and Insulin to support patient stability
• Monitor fetal heart patterns and respond promptly to changes in patient condition
• Collaborate with in-house OB/GYNs, neonatologists, and anesthesia providers for seamless care
• Support high-risk pregnancies including preeclampsia, diabetes, and substance-use cases
• Float within the Birthing Center to postpartum and mother-baby units as needed

Qualifications

• Active RN license in Washington or compact license
• BLS, ACLS, and NRP certifications required
• Intermediate or advanced Fetal Heart Monitoring preferred
• Minimum 2 years of LDRP experience; 1 year considered with multiple prior travel assignments
• Comfortable attending deliveries independently and circulating C-sections
• No first-time travelers

• C-section circulation and newborn transition support
