Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide speech therapy services to 9-10 patients daily across acute care and NICU settings
- Perform modified video swallow studies to assess swallowing function
- Develop individualized treatment plans for adult inpatients and premature infants
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Document patient progress and adjust therapy approaches as needed
Qualifications
- Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
- Experience performing modified video swallow studies required
- Comfortable working with both adult acute care patients and premature infants in the NICU
- Strong clinical assessment and communication skills
