Roles & Responsibilities
- Provide compassionate care to adults 55+ in a 26-bed behavioral health unit
- Manage patient ratios of 1:6 with a focus on safety and dignity
- Collaborate with the care team to support patients with dementia, bipolar disorder, and other psychiatric needs
- Maintain a secure environment while respecting patient rights
Qualifications
- Active RN license in Utah
- BLS certification required
- Experience in psychiatric or behavioral health nursing preferred
- Strong communication and de-escalation skills
