Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM or 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver hands-on physical therapy across both inpatient and outpatient settings
Treat a diverse caseload including ortho injuries, fractures, neuro conditions, wounds, and general debility
Collaborate with an experienced team of PTAs and a tech to optimize patient outcomes
Precept students or new staff when the opportunity arises
Provide compassionate care to patients recovering from sports injuries, amputations, and neck pain
Document treatment progress and adjust plans to help patients regain independence

Qualifications

Current Texas PT license and national PT license required
BLS certification
IP/OP experience strongly preferred
Wound care experience is a plus but not required
Open to both new graduates and seasoned clinicians who love variety

Knowledge & Skills

Skilled in treating a mix of acute, skilled nursing, and outpatient diagnoses
Comfortable managing wound care, ortho, neuro, and general debility cases
Strong communication and teamwork abilities
Flexible and reliable with a patient-first mindset
