Candidate Pay Rate: $56 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide physical therapy services to an average of 8 patients daily across outpatient, acute inpatient, and swing bed skilled settings
Develop individualized treatment plans that help patients regain mobility and independence
Collaborate with the care team to deliver comprehensive rehabilitation services
Document patient progress and adjust care plans to achieve optimal outcomes
Support patients through every stage of their recovery journey

Qualifications

Physical therapy degree required
BLS certification required
Experience preferred but new graduates will receive training
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Knowledge & Skills

Physical Therapy expertise
BLS certification
Ability to work in outpatient, acute inpatient, and skilled care settings
Patient-centered approach to rehabilitation
