Candidate Pay Rate: $57 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver personalized speech and language therapy to patients in their homes
Assess communication and swallowing disorders and create tailored treatment plans
Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and families to support patient progress
Document patient outcomes and adjust therapy approaches as needed
Educate caregivers on techniques to reinforce therapy goals

Qualifications

Active Speech Language Pathologist license in California
Certificate of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
Prior home health or outpatient experience is a plus
Strong communication and interpersonal skills

Education

Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited program

Knowledge & Skills

Expertise in adult and pediatric speech-language disorders
Ability to work independently in home settings
Familiarity with electronic documentation systems
Compassionate, patient-centered approach
