Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Rotating 12-hour shifts with 36-hour guarantee, every other weekend required

Hours per Week: 60

Candidate Pay Rate: $65 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Assess and evaluate each patient's unique needs with compassion and expertise
Develop and implement individualized care plans that make a real difference
Provide clinical leadership to guide your patient care team each shift
Deliver hands-on nursing care that helps patients on their journey to recovery
Collaborate with physicians and specialists to ensure the best outcomes

Qualifications

Active Illinois nursing license required
Minimum 3 years of Progressive Care Unit experience
Current American Heart Association BLS certification
ACLS certification (AHA) required within 30 days of start
Strong assessment and care planning skills

Knowledge & Skills

Patient assessment and individualized care planning
Clinical leadership and team collaboration
Progressive Care Unit nursing expertise
Clear communication with patients and healthcare teams
