Start Date: 06-08-2026

End Date: 09-07-2026

Contract Type: Contract

Shift Type: Monday-Friday, 8:30 AM - 5:00 PM with varied start times between 8:30 AM - 10:30 AM and end times between 5:00 PM - 7:00 PM; weekend shifts may be required with a compensatory day off during the week

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $63 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional physical therapy care across acute care units including MedSurg, ICU, Telemetry, Oncology, and Cardiology
Provide specialized treatment for orthopedic and total joint replacement patients
Support ventilated patients in the ICU with skilled therapy interventions
Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient recovery and outcomes
Maintain accurate documentation using Cerner EMR system

Qualifications

Active Physical Therapy license in California
Current BLS certification
Minimum 2 years of acute care physical therapy experience
Strong background in ortho, total joints, ICU, and ventilated patient care

Knowledge & Skills

Cerner EMR proficiency
Experience across multiple hospital units: MedSurg, Telemetry, ICU, Oncology, Cardiology
Ability to work with diverse patient populations and complex cases
Strong clinical judgment and adaptability
