Candidate Pay Rate: $59 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities
- Deliver personalized physical therapy in patients' homes
- Create customized treatment plans that help patients regain independence
- Collaborate with families and care teams to support recovery goals
- Document progress and adjust care plans to maximize outcomes
Qualifications
- Active California PT license
- BLS certification
- Home health experience preferred
- Strong communication and time-management skills
