Shift Type: Tuesday-Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM

Hours per Week: 40

Candidate Pay Rate: $60 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Deliver exceptional outpatient physical therapy care to approximately 12 patients daily
Evaluate and treat a diverse mix of orthopedic and general cases in a small-town setting
Collaborate with a multidisciplinary team of PTs, OTs, and SLPs to optimize patient outcomes
Provide flexible coverage in acute inpatient settings when needed to support the broader rehab team
Build meaningful relationships with patients while helping them return to the activities they love

Qualifications

Current Oregon Physical Therapist license (can be obtained after submittal)
Outpatient physical therapy experience required
BLS certification required
Acute inpatient experience is helpful but not mandatory
Comfortable treating a wide variety of diagnoses in a small community setting

Knowledge & Skills

Strong outpatient orthopedic assessment and treatment skills
Ability to manage a busy caseload while maintaining quality care
Flexibility to assist with acute inpatient coverage when needed
Excellent communication and patient education abilities
Comfort working independently in a community-based athletic club setting
