End Date: 10-05-2026

Contract Type: Travel Contract

Shift Type: Self-scheduling; shifts include 9:00 AM - 9:00 PM, 11:00 AM - 11:00 PM, 1:00 PM - 1:00 AM, 3:00 PM - 3:00 AM; every other weekend required.

Hours per Week: 36

Candidate Pay Rate: $55 per hour

Roles & Responsibilities

Provide compassionate and skilled emergency nursing care to a diverse patient population including trauma, stroke, sepsis, CHF, and cardiac conditions.
Monitor and interpret ECG rhythms, administer medications, and collaborate with physicians and mid-level providers.
Utilize Paragon EMR for accurate documentation and ensure patient safety.
Float to other units as qualified and participate in every other weekend rotation.

Qualifications

Active RN license in Texas or compact state.
Minimum 2 years of emergency department experience.
Current BLS, ACLS, TNCC, and PALS (or ENTC) certifications.

Knowledge & Skills

Proficient in ECG interpretation and Paragon EMR.
Strong skills in trauma care, triage, and emergency procedures.
Excellent communication and teamwork abilities.
