Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide compassionate care to residents in a skilled nursing facility
• Assist with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and eating
• Monitor vital signs and report changes to nursing staff
• Maintain a clean and safe environment for residents
• Document care provided and communicate with the healthcare team

Qualifications

• Active Licensed Nursing Assistant (LNA) certification in Vermont or New Hampshire
• At least 6 months of recent LNA experience in a long-term care setting
• BLS certification preferred
• Willingness to travel and work a 12-week contract

Knowledge & Skills

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Compassionate and patient-centered approach
• Basic computer skills for documentation
